Shot blaster

Shot blasting uses a high-speed rotating impeller to hurl small steel shots or iron shots, which then hit the surface of parts at high speed. This process can remove the oxide layer on the part surface. At the same time, the high-speed impact of steel shots or iron shots on the part surface causes lattice distortion and deformation on the part surface, increasing the surface hardness. As a method for cleaning part surfaces, the shot blaster is the ultimate embodiment of the production efficiency of the entire equipment set.

The blades, shot separating wheels, and directional sleeves in this shot blaster are manufactured using the technical production process of Switzerland's +GF+ • DISA company, with precision casting from high-chromium wear-resistant materials. This ensures that the weight difference between blades is controlled within just 3 grams, effectively reducing the noise generated when the shot blaster operates and extending the service life of vulnerable parts.
